USDT THUNDER - Global Cryptocurrency Finance Partnership Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Company: USDT THUNDER, which operates in the domain of cryptocurrency trading and finance-related services.
• Partner/Investor: An individual or entity that invests in this program and becomes a participant in the profit and loss.
• Investment Amount: The amount in USDT provided by the investor to the company.
• Profit/Loss: The actual gain or loss incurred during the company’s crypto-financial operations.

2. Minimum Investment Amount

• Minimum Investment: 50 USDT
• No upper limit on investment (subject to company’s verification and approval).

3. Profit & Loss Distribution

• Monthly profits will be distributed as 70% to investors and 30% to the company.
• In case of a loss, both investors and the company will share the loss in the same ratio.

4. Capital Security

There is no guarantee of capital protection. Investments are subject to risks associated with the cryptocurrency market.

5. Withdrawal Conditions

• The investor must complete a minimum lock-in period of 30 days.
• Profit withdrawals can be made between the 5th to 10th of each month.
• For capital withdrawal, a 7 business days’ notice is required.

6. Risk Disclosure

• The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile. Investors should be aware of potential losses.
• The company shall not be liable for any kind of legal/governmental restrictions or technical issues.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Investor information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Tax & Regulatory Compliance

Investors are responsible for complying with the tax laws and crypto regulations of their own country.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising will be resolved in the regional court jurisdiction of the company’s headquarters.

10. Right to Amend

The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time.
